Wod goes as follows:
Partner 1 does 5 medball cleans.
Partner 1 and Partner 2 throw the ball back and forth for a total of 5 times.
Partner 2 then does 5 medball cleans
Then both partners do at the same time 15 Sit ups together. (= 30 situps) That is 1 round!
Don’t start the next round till both partners are done with the sit ups!
