10 strict pull ups
20 rope slams
Push Ups / Liegestütze
We will start off with 2 reps for each exercise. Every minute after that, the reps increase 1 for each exercise.
For example: 3 Push ups and 3 sit ups, 4 push ups and 4 sit ups etc.
After that: 400m run easy pace and then mobility work with Reid!
