deadlift x 10 –>60kg/40kg for women
power clean x 10 –>60kg/40kg for women
front squat x 15 -> 50kg/32kg for women
push press x 15 -> 50kg/32kg for women
ground to overhead x 20 -> 40kg/24kg for women
overhead squats x 20 -> 40kg/24kg for women
–15 minute time limit
-scale it down if you need to. (Only if you really, really need to)
*If the road conditions are still bad tonight do 40 double unders instead of the 400m runs!
