<p>In letzter Zeit habe ich jede Form von BS* gehört, z.B: das wir nur &#8222;Konditionstraining&#8220; machen oder keiner Muskeln aufbauen können. <span style="color:#ff00ff;">(Hey Bubbles, vom nichts tun ist noch nie was geschaffen.)</span> Noch dazu, wie &#8222;<strong>teuer</strong>&#8220; wir sind!<br />
Was lustig daran ist, wenn ich die selben Leute frage, ob sie in ihrem Porsche &#8222;Scheiße&#8220; tanken würden, oder ihren AUDI / BMW mit schlechtem Öl auffüllen würden, sagen sie alle: NEIN!!!<br />
Tja! Ihrem Körper tun sie das aber jeden Tag an!<br />
<strong>Wer ist eigentlich dummer?</strong> Einer, der ein bischen mehr für qualitatives Training unter anleitung ausgibt, oder jemand, der <strong>weniger</strong> ausgibt, und Jahr für Jahr keinen Fortschritt sieht!<br />
<span style="color:#000000;">Ein paar Leute sagen</span>: &#8222;oh, ich kann das Training auch alleine machen, oder ich brauche dafür keinen Trainer..&#8220;! Wahrheit ist: VIELE Leute, die CrossFit alleine trainieren, sehen nicht ihre eigenen Fehler! Da ist keiner da, der dir wissenläßt, wenn du was falsches machst. Ich habe Menschen kennengelernt und gesehen, die sich am Rücken, Knie oder Schulter verletzt haben. Hätten die Leute ein Trainer gehabt für die Übungen die &#8222;wir&#8220; machen wäre manches vermeidbar. (Punkt)<br />
<span style="color:#800000;">Laßt mich euch einen kleinen Hinweis geben!</span>: Wir machen nicht nur Liegestütze, Situps oder Klimmzüge. <span style="color:#ff00ff;">(Wobei manche von euch  Probleme damit haben würden.))</span><br />
Wir lernen jedem einzelnen funktioneller im Alltagzu sein, flexibler zu werden, mobiler, bessere Balance, schneller, mehr Power (Schnellkraft), stärker, agiler, koordinierter, genauer und ausdauernder zu sein. (Herz-Kreislauf und Atmung).<br />
Um es kurz zu sagen: Wir wollen Euch besser, als den Tag zuvor machen!</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Wenn du keine Steigerung oder Veränderung in deinem Training siehst, wäre es nicht Zeit nachzudenken?</p>

What&#8217;s funny though is when I ask the same persons if they would treat their <span style="color:#000000;">Porsche</span> like <span style="color:#000000;">shit</span> or if they would fill their AUDI/BMW with shitty gas, they all say <span style="color:#000000;">&#8222;NO&#8220;</span>. <span style="color:#000000;">Yet they do that to their bodies every single day.</span> <span style="color:#000000;">Who is dumber?</span> The one who gives out a little more for quality training or someone who gives out a little less and year after year see&#8217;s no improvement.</span> <span style="color:#800000;"> Some people are saying: &#8222;Oh, I can do that on my own or I don&#8217;t need a trainer.&#8220; Truth is, <strong>most </strong>people I hear of doing CrossFit on their own  don&#8217;t see their own faults or mistakes. Usually,  there isn&#8217;t anyone that knows how to let you know if you are doing something wrong. I have seen and know of people hurt</span><span style="color:#800000;">ing their backs, knees and shoulders. Folk&#8217;s let me tell you something , we do more than just push ups, pull ups and sit ups. We teach people to be more functional in everyday life. We teach people to become more flexible, mobile, balanced, faster, powerful, stronger, agiler, coordinated, accurate and have more stamina and endurance. (cardiovascular and respiratory)</span> <span style="color:#800000;"> Putting it simple, we want to make you better then the day before.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#800000;">If you haven&#8217;t seen any changes or improvements in your training recently, maybe you are doing something wrong?</span></p>

<p>Wenn man keine Double Unders kann, gibt es mehrere mögliche Faktoren:<br />
1. Sprung nicht hoch genug<br />
2. Ellbogen nicht am Körper<br />
3. Seilschwung kommt nicht nur aus den Handgelenken<br />
4. Rhytmus stimmt nicht<br />
5. Don&#8217;t blame the equipment! &#8222;Seil zu kurz&#8220; ist einer der seltensten Gründe!</p>
<p>Verändert diese Punkte, übt jeden Tag in der Box 5 Minuten Double Unders and you will love them !</p>
